Marcos is a certified real estate broker, passionate with more than 20 years of experience in sale, purchase, lease and management in residential and commercial real estate. 

From 2005, he worked as a real estate agent for one of the largest banner in Montreal. Since 2010 he is a Real Estate Broker Accredited and agency manager. Marcos is  a member of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board for nearly 15 years.

With over 10 years’ experience in Account management, Tanya has a strong background in client relations and business development.  With a Master’s degree in hand, Tanya began her career in the field of education and moved on to Account Management positions in the tourism and construction industries, working for multi-national companies. 

She is an integral part of the day to day operational management of the company as well as being responsible for coordinating all maintenance-related activities and providing administrative support for upper management. 

Joining the RPM team in early 2018, she strives on getting things accomplished in a fast paced environment and enjoys learning new things each day.
